Double griddled bacon burger with the works


  • 2x 85g patties, griddled, seasoned with S&P (+MSG)
  • 2 slices of bacon, ½ slice of Kraft deluxe cheese
  • Onions, double sour pickles, mustard, ketchup
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo
  • Toasted brioche (soft style) buns

Double sour pickles are difficult to find around here, so I buy Bick's sandwich cut pickle slices (garlic), and add citric acid (< .5%, a dash on 6 pickle slices).
